Message	Sometimes it's a good idea to buy a house, sometimes it's not. I forgot to mention, I also have a house-mate. I've been in my house for 8 years, and have had a house-mate (sometimes 2) for all but 4 months. Nothing like having someone pay half your mtg for you. Also true "stock market, savings account, money market, coffee can in closet", doesn't matter. Pay yourself FIRST. I dig the motley fool. I'm not trying to get rich tomorrow, just someday. It's not how much you make, it's how much you save and have. Todd (loving the rain, playing in mud).
